Sashna's Flower Farms

Sashna began working on a set of farms in a coastal flower forest in mid-2023 to allow everyone to easily gather materials. While it was initially just a set of flower farms,
Sashna has since built other farms in the area and plans to build more in the future. It feature farms for:
- All small flowers except lilies of the valley;
- Pointed dripstone;
- Moss, azalea and bone meal and
- Spruce trees, podzol and dirt.
Many of the farms are partially or fully automatic. However, some farms are manually operated.
This complex can be accessed via the Nether. If you want to use the blue orchid farm, you should bring a boat as an ice road links it with the main area.
Small flowers
The flower farms were the first farms that
Sashna built in the area. They were constructed during July 2023. She chose this site because it was a flower forest that was close to a swamp, which allows for every small flower to be farmed near to each other. Unfortunately, she couldn't find a spot where lilies of the valley grew so there isn't a farm for them.
Each farm has a similar design. There is a dispenser underneath each one that players put bone meal into. This will automatically start the farm; it will stop when it runs out. Flowers are automatically plopped off and occasionally washed away. The flowers are then transported to a chest. Other items, such as seeds, that are produced are automatically composted.
Pointed dripstone

Sashna finished the pointed dripstone farm in November 2023. However, she took a major break after this due to family drama and the farm was not properly linked until March 2024. It's on a lower level than most of the flower farms so you'll need to go down a drop tube to reach it. This farm is entirely manual. You will want to bring a good, ideally silk-touch, pickaxe. Waterfalls are provided throughout the cave so that you can reach the dripstone that's high up.
Warning: It's easy to accidentally break the stone, especially when you're on the floor. You should either use a silk touch pickaxe or bring plenty of spare stone so that you can repair accidental grief. It's also easy to accidentally break the dripstone at the very top. If you accidentally grief the farm, please fix it and tell staff about it.
Moss, azalea and bone meal
Sashna built the moss and azalea farm during June 2024. It's behind the entry station. Thus, you can use /thru for a shortcut.
While the design is meant to be fully automatic, cobblestone will occasionally be generated. As moss will not grow on cobblestone,
Sashna allows players to break cobblestone if it generates. The on-off switch is under the mountain behind the farm. You can access it through a couple of holes above and behind the collection chests. You can use the composters opposite the farm to make bone meal.
When building the farm, she took inspiration from Ilmango's 2022 bone meal farm design. However, she adapted it to output moss and azalea. She also simplifed it at the cost of making it slower, larger and not tileable. She felt that the design would was adequate even with these losses.
She first built the design in the Creative World. However, she didn't know whether whether the Rules allowed her to make schematics of Creative World builds for rebuilding in the main world. Thus, the build here only approximately copies the original. This made her have trouble making it work.
Spruce farms

The spruce farms are
Sashna's most recent farms in the area. They are opposite the moss farm so that players can use the moss and bone meal that it produces. The farm currently has a single mega spruce tree. When you use bone meal to grow it, nearby moss will turn into podzol. You may harvest the podzol and replace it with moss. Please replant the saplings when you use the farm.
While it's much faster to use the treefeller ability than to harvest the tree one block at a time, this will drop no saplings. Some small spruce trees are behind the mega spruce farm so that you can harvest saplings from them.
